Caroline Costermans promoted to Partner

Caroline Costermans joined Deloitte Legal (then Laga) as an attorney in 2012 and has been a member since 2015 of the Greenille Private Client team, a dedicated group of more than 30 lawyers and experts, that works for high net worth individuals and entrepreneurial families. Since 2021, she has also been a member of the estate planning team within Deloitte Private.

Caroline focuses on advising entrepreneurial families on their business as well as their private wealth in an integrated manner (from the business to the UBO and back). She leads the 'mid-market' private clients initiative with the tax and estate planning teams within Deloitte Legal and Deloitte Private. Providing guidance in complex national and international tax aspects, estate planning queries and privacy matters is her specialty. She also heads the Belgian-Dutch desk – private clients.

Caroline started her career at PWC where she worked as (Senior) Tax Consultant before joining a local accountancy and tax consultancy firm in 2010. She celebrated her 10th working anniversary with Deloitte last month.
