Deloitte and Deloitte Legal assist D’Ieteren Group with the acquisition of Parts Holding Europe

Deloitte and Deloitte Legal performed the acquisition due diligence for the D’Ieteren Group in the context of the proposed acquisition of PHE (Parts Holding Europe), a Western European leader in spare parts distribution and services for vehicles and trucks. The proposed transaction values PHE at an Enterprise Value of €1.7bn and it completion will be subject to the approval of the relevant competition authorities.

Leveraging on its international network, Deloitte Legal was in charge of the legal and labour law due diligence, which covered five jurisdictions (Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Luxembourg).
