Deloitte Legal assists Swave in securing its €27 million Series A investment round

Deloitte Legal is proud to have supported Swave in securing its €27 million Series A investment round. The funds will be used to advance the commercialization of Swave’s cutting-edge Holographic Extended Reality (HXR) technology. The technology is widely acknowledged to have the potential to disrupt the market of AI-powered augmented reality (AR) smart glasses and heads-up displays.

The funding round was co-led by investors imec.xpand and SFPIM Relaunch, with participation from new investors EIC Fund, IAG Capital Partners, and Murata Electronics North America, Inc., as well as existing investors Qbic Fund, PMV, imec, and Luminate.

The Deloitte Legal team assisting with the transaction included Christoph Michiels, Henri-Simon Vande Vyver, Simon De Roo, and Heisem Haj Abdo.
