Deloitte Legal Denmark and Deloitte Legal Belgium assist Korys in their Seed Investment of EUR 5.5 million in Danish Commit Biologics ApS

We are delighted to announce that Deloitte Legal Denmark, in collaboration with our colleagues at Deloitte Legal Belgium, has successfully assisted the Belgium investment company Korys with legal assistance in their Seed Investment of EUR 5.5 million in Danish Commit Biologics ApS.

Commit Biologics is a biotech spin-out from Aarhus University in Denmark – an academic institution with a global reputation in complement system biology from more than three decades of complement research. With this investment, Commit Biologics is poised to advance its innovative research and development in the biotech field.

Deloitte Legal Denmark and Belgium supported Korys from the early stages of the transaction and have assisted with all aspects of the process, from due diligence and documentation to negotiation and finalization of the deal.
