Alexandre Pasdermadjian

Alexandre is a Director in Deloitte Legal’s Corporate M&A department in Belgium.

With a focus on advising clients on both domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, Alexandre has built a wealth of experience in guiding businesses through complex mid-market acquisitions and divestitures (M&A), venture capital (VC) investments and private equity (PE) transactions. His expertise also extends to assisting with intricate corporate restructurings and advising on a broad range of general corporate law matters.

Over the years, Alexandre has represented an extensive portfolio of clients, ranging from Belgian start-ups and rapidly growing scale-ups to long-established small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large international companies or funds. Alexandre supports both buy-side and sell-side and both founder/management teams and investors (syndicates). While his work spans various industries, he has developed a particular specialization in assisting companies within the life sciences and technology sectors, which are characterized by their innovative and rapidly evolving nature.

Beyond his extensive experience in private practice, Alexandre has also enriched his professional background with in-house legal experience. He spent two years in London as Corporate/M&A counsel for a US-based company backed by private equity investors. In this role, he gained valuable insights into the internal legal workings of a multinational corporation, further enhancing his ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions to clients.
