Annelies Verbruggen

Annelies leads the Organization Transformation team, as part of Human Capital Advisory within Deloitte Consulting. She focuses on guiding organizations through the people dimension of business transformations and advises (HR) executives in developing their (people) strategy, mainly within the context of mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and cost transformation programs. She leverages on a solid experience in both individual & organizational talent management (competency management, leadership development, training & coaching) to drive organizational change. Throughout her career, Annelies has managed various international projects in different industries.
