Director
Wouter is a director within the Corporate and M&A practice and heads the Belgian corporate reorganization team of Deloitte Legal.
Wouter joined Deloitte Legal in 2012 and advises SMEs, NPEs and (semi)public entities in various sectors on both national and international corporate transactions, with a specific focus on cooperative models, mergers, (partial) demergers, post-acquisition integration projects and reorganizations.
He also provides assistance to clients regarding general corporate law and non-profit entity related issues.
Wouter has several publications to his name in the field of corporate reorganizations and general corporate law topics and is a part-time lecturer at the University of Antwerp.
