Deloitte Legal acts as legal and tax advisor to Forum Estates Holding in its contemplated acquisition by Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB

We’re proud to announce that Deloitte Legal has acted as legal and tax advisor to Forum Estates Holding in its contemplated acquisition by Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB.

The contemplated transaction involves the acquisition of all shares and a significant percentage of subordinated loan receivables in Forum Estates Holding, valued at approximately EUR 219.9 million, in exchange of newly issued shares in Cibus. The contemplated closing date of the transaction is Q1 2025.
