Why would you set up an advisory board for your company? Such an advisory board has many advantages for your company and for you personally. But how do you go about it? You will learn that in this training. 

As an entrepreneur, you regularly ask fellow entrepreneurs and people in your network for ad hoc advice. But when exactly do you take the step to a real 'advisory board'? What is that actually? What is their role, and what can you (not) expect from them? Which people do you choose? What responsibilities and obligations are involved? Is there compensation or something else in return?
