Deloitte Legal assists the State of The Netherlands with the acquisition of K-Nopy 

Eaglestone has announced the sale of the office part of the "K-Nopy" project to the State of the Netherlands. The exemplary project’s strategic location make it a first-rate choice for The Netherlands’ bilateral embassy in Brussels as well as its permanent representation to the EU. It is also a concrete demonstration of the Dutch state’s commitment to climate measures.

The building was designed by the architectural firm Axent and is called "K-Nopy", and is in the heart of the European quarter and close to the main EU institutions. It will now undergo a thorough green renovation, and will be ready for delivery in 2024. The value of the transaction amounts to more than 78 million euros.

The broker Cushman & Wakefield acted as advisor to the seller in this transaction. The sellers were advised by the law firm STIBBE and the buyer by Deloitte Legal.
