Deloitte Legal assists with the sale of Zenso NV to Comate BV

Deloitte Legal is proud to have advised the sellers with the sale of Zenso NV to Comate BV.

Zenso was founded in 2007 by Johan Coosemans and Bart Hermans as a spin-off of the MICAS research lab at KULeuven (Catholic University of Leuven). Zenso, headquartered in Leuven (Belgium), is active in the development of electronics and software for new products with a focus on applications in the medical field.
