Deloitte Legal assists Xior Student Housing

Congratulations to Xior Student Housing with the acquisition of two new residences and the welcome of a new cornerstone shareholder

Deloitte Legal has assisted Xior Student Housing with its acquisition of two student residences in Lisbon and Kraków by means of a contribution in kind against the issue of new shares.

The Lisbon contribution was fully realized on 27 June 2024 while the
Kraków contribution is already signed and expected to close on 5 July 2024.

The total contribution value is approximately EUR 80 million.

The Deloitte Legal team comprised David Roelens, Astrid Delanghe, Sophie Wyckmans and Flore Versmessen.
