Hélène Casman

Hélène is a member of the Greenille Private Clients team at Deloitte Legal. She specialises in family property law, marriage contracts, gifts, wills and inheritance law.

Through her numerous publications and lectures on family property law and her broad and varied practical experience she has been recognised as the Belgian top authority regarding these matters for many years.

Hélène is an expert appointed by a Ministerial Decree of 24 August 2018 for the recodification of the Civil Code regarding family property law and inheritances, donations and wills.
