Martin Euwema

Prof. Dr. Martin Euwema is Academic Advisor at Deloitte Legal, Greenille Private Client Team and MCC. He has more than 30 years of experience as advisor, coach, and mediator. As Board Room Dynamics Expert, he guides entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families in their questions concerning personal and family matters, as well as the organisation and functioning of top teams and executives. His interest is mainly in the (inter)human side; reflection on one’s own functioning and how certain interactions can contribute to personal development and family harmony. He writes and publishes about this on a regular basis in academic journals.

Martin is full Professor at KU Leuven and Chairman of the Department of Work and Organisational Psychology and Training Science. With Alain-Laurent Verbeke, he is the co-Chair of the Leuven Centre for Collaborative Management (LCM). He teaches a variety of topics, with a specific focus on group dynamics and leadership. He is also Visiting Professor at the Universities of Copenhagen and Seville and affiliated with the prestigious Tshinghua University in Beijing.
