Deloitte Legal assists Sweco Belgium with the acquisition of FPC Risk

Deloitte Legal provided buy-side due diligence and transactional legal advice and assistance to Sweco Belgium on the acquisition of FPC Risk, a group with vast knowledge and expertise in fire risk engineering & consulting and emergency management, with offices in Belgium and the Netherlands. The acquisition strengthens Sweco Belgium’s broad service offering for integrated construction projects.
